Ordering Custom Parts

We will consider all custom work requests on an individual basis. Any custom work jobs that are taken are based on current production run schedules. If you’re requesting threads or adapters for specific parts, you will be required to send in items for a custom quote. Custom orders will NOT have a guaranteed completion date. Most custom orders accepted will have a minimum 30 day ship schedule. No money will be accepted until order has been completed and ready to ship.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges are a flat rate we’ve set to allow us to sufficiently cover our shipping charges with USPS.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We currently use PayPal to process payments, allowing us to accept: PayPal, PayPal Credit, Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, Diner’s Club, JCB, and Venmo. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still checkout through the PayPal portal as a guest and receive the same protection on your information.

How long will delivery take?

All orders ship 3-5 Business days (M-F ONLY) from confirmed payment date. We email tracking info when shipping label is created. However this does not mean it has shipped. Shipments are processed within 3-5 days of confirmed payment date. USPS priority shipping is 1-3 day delivery within the US once post office receives the package. USPS tracking will begin to update once the package has been dropped at the post office. Do not contact us before day 6 or first checking USPS tracking for updates. Orders DO NOT ship on Saturdays or Sundays. 

**Holidays will cause some delays in shipping. November and December orders will ship 4-7 days Business days (M-F ONLY) from confirmed payment date. Holiday schedules may change this schedule by 1-3 days depending on order date. 

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Checkouts are secured by PayPal and all transactions are processed on their servers.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once payment has been confirmed your order is pulled from inventory for barrel threading, polishing and final QA inspection.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. To checkout, you will have to create an account and provide an email address. When you make a purchase, an invoice will be sent to the provided email address within 5-10 minutes.
